Lori McCollum has been married to her husband Mike since 1986,  and together they have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.  Lori was born with the love of horses in her heart and was fortunate enough to own many over the years. 

She enjoyed camping and trail riding with her family, exploring many of the wonders of nature from horseback.  She has been active in ministry since she received Christ as her Savior in 1991, and she loves sharing her faith, studying the scriptures and teaching others about the bible.  Circumstances in her own life have taught her that not only can you rescue a horse, but you can be rescued BY a horse. 

She has experienced first-hand character growth and development that occurs in a relationship with a horse.  She believes that God created the horse with a special ability to connect with humans, and fostering this bond provides opportunity for the healing of a heart in a unique way.  She looks forward to using her combined love of Jesus and horses to lead others into the healing that she herself has experienced in those relationships.
