Lori McCollum
Volunteer Coordinator
Lori has over 30 years of ministry experience, many of those years working with youth. Her hunger to know God through His Word pairs well with her gift of teaching, and she loves to encourage others in their pursuit of a deeper relationship with the LORD. She has a heart to reach her community with the Gospel and has helped to build local ministries such as Bless the Blue, Glory Road Gospel Mission Outreach, and The Resistance Prayer Campaign for Lima. Prior to joining SGFM she served three years with The Gospel Singing Tent at the Allen County Fair.
“I have a heart for seeing things redeemed, restored and repurposed, especially if it is done for God’s glory. The role of Volunteer Coordinator gives me the opportunity to use the organizational gifts and leadership abilities God has granted me to help build a team of servants who desire to use their own gifts and abilities to serve the Kingdom. The volunteer force of SGFM is the backbone of the ministry, and placing the right people in the right positions is vital to its success.
It is my desire to not only build a team of volunteers, but to adequately equip them to serve, not only on the Farm, but in every area of their lives. Investing in the education of our workforce is particularly important in obtaining the goals of our mission, incorporating the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects into the training. This will involve learning and growing together as the ministry grows. I look forward to partnering with the team that God is assembling.”
Lori is a devoted wife, mom and grandma and is very thankful for the love and support of her Tribe. She is thankful for the opportunity to see lives rescued, redeemed and restored through the healing power of Jesus and through the ministry of Saving Grace Farm.
